Can't execute JDBC V3 prepared statement that doesn't start with "SELECT" or "EXPLAIN"

The customer needs to define a service starting with ‘with’

a statement that starts with ‘with’ is working fine and can be run from UI, The Problem is that the prepared statement must start either with Select or Explain (its decide if its execute or update based on that)

This is blocker for the customer
