Add support for long running tasks and ability to change or canacel (with clean up code) tasks

Changing embedded code requires restarts upon changes, Tasks are dynamic and support code change The request is to extend task abilities to allow flexible change of embedded logic without the need to restart. Need Identifier and name for each task, ability to cancel running task, with letting custom implementing of cancel In the task we can register for example event container and in cancel unregister it etc Need to know also which tasks are currently running inside partitions.
