Ops-ui: reads by partition per Data type displays empty bar chart

1. Run gs-agent --manager-local --gsc=5
2. run data-app example
3. Go to space - you will see reads by partition per Data type displays proper data
4. But now when you go to Data type, the same chart displays empty chart, but the same values are expected to be displayed
