Add support for deploy of Processing Unit using Kubernetes Operator

Description

Deploy/Undeploy of Processing Unit was done until now only through Helm chart. Using the Kubernetes Operator we can request deployment through the use of custom resources. The operator is currently packaged separately from the product.
