The REST Manager API creates excess files in the temp directory

      Description

      Each time we start the gs-agent with manager a new directory like this one:
      jetty-yuval-pc-8090-v1.war-_v1-any-4611649774461474874.dir is created under (in case of MAC):
      /private/var/folders/zf/

      The location is written in the manager log. Check for something like:

      REST INFO [org.eclipse.jetty.server.handler.ContextHandler] - Started o.e.j.w.WebAppContext@7749bf93{/v2,file:/private/var/folders/zf/w2drkkgn20v6ldjl6n3vlhvc0000gn/T/jetty-yuval-pc-8090-v2.war-_v2-any-7276333594060423132.dir/webapp/,AVAILABLE}{/v2.war}

      Each folder is in size of 12MB and cause the customer running out of disk
