      Currently users have 2 options:
      1. look for Managing... in the GSM log
      2. run some Admin code:
      GridServiceManagers gridServiceManagers = admin.getGridServiceManagers();
      GridServiceManager[] gridServiceManagersArray = gridServiceManagers.getManagers();

      for (int i=0; i<gridServiceManagersArray.length; i++){
      gridServiceManagersArray[i].isActiveManager();

      }

      This info should be exposed in gs-ui and web-ui
