Configure Spark to include InsightEdge dependencies on startup

Description

Currently, submitting Spark applications involves passing I9E JAR files to the Spark cluster 'manually'.
The Spark environment variable SPARK_DIST_CLASSPATH enables injecting the I9E dependencies to the Spark master and worker on startup. This implies that submitting an I9E application is equivalent to submitting a plain Spark application.
